Mark Aubert is considered one of the finest producers of Pinot Noir in California. The 2015 UV Vineyard, named after famous viticulturist Ulises Valdez, is a livewire of bright raspberry and cherry fruit with subtle forest floor and rosehip undertones. On the palate it is full-bodied and rich with lively acidity and a gloriously long finish.
