Mark Aubert is widely considered one of the greatest producers of Pinot Noir in California. The 2016 CIX is an epic release bursting forth with abundant aromas of cherry, kirsch, cinnamon, vanilla and violet flowers. This is a sensationally rich Pinot but has a solid chassis of tannin and cool lick of acidity to keep everything in check.
