Archineri Pietradolce 2021

Pietradolce is a winery located in Solicchiata, a small town in the province of Catania, Sicily. The winery was founded in 2005 by Michele Faro, who is a fourth-generation agronomist. Faro is passionate about viticulture and winemaking, and he has dedicated his life to producing high-quality wines from the region. This Etna Bianco is made from 100% Carricante grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. The wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, which gives it a fresh and fruity flavour profile.
