Sartori Amarone 1997 is a fully mature, full-bodied red wine from the Amarone della Valpolicella appellation of Veneto, northern Italy. This 1997 vintage Amarone from Sartori is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to large oak casks for a minimum of three years, with a further six months in bottle before release. A classical, mature Amarone with notes of raisins, sweet spices and dark chocolate-covered cherries.
