Chris Alheit is currently one of the most exciting winemakers in South Africa and his flagship Cartology Chenin Blanc (with a little Semillon) is about as good as it gets. Sourced from old vine parcels of fruit across the Cape, the 2018 is intensely flavoured with notes of pear, honey, lime and dried herbs. Delicious!
