Nuits-Saint-Georges Aux Murgers

Located at the northern edge of the commune of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Aux Murgers (also Les Murgers) is a Premier Cru vineyard site producing seductively dark-fruited, spicy Pinot Noirs with considerable ageing potential. With the Premier Cru of Aux Chaignots situated just above, Aux Murgers lies close to the border with Vosne, and some observers believe the vineyard carries some of that appellation’s signature elegance.
