Domaine Coche-Dury comprises just nine hectares of vineyards on miniscule parcels over the six communes of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie and Volnay and is widely considered to be one of the finest producers of white wine in the world. The 2000 Meursault ‘Les Rougeots was produced from a 0.7-hectare plot of vines planted in 1940, 1962 and 1973. This is now at the perfect age for drinking, exhibiting delightful mature complexity yet still retaining excellent youthful vibrancy.
