Bourgogne Rouge Côte d`Or Cécile Tremblay 2022 is a regional appellation Burgundy red wine from one of the region`s esteemed producers. Cécile Tremblay, great-granddaughter of Edouard Jayer, has worked diligently since the early 2000s to revitalise her vineyards, which are now certified organic and employ biodynamic methods. This vintage is characterised by aromas of red cherries and wild berries, supported by a medium to full body. The vinification process involves some wholebunch fermentation, followed by maturation in a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels.
