This jeroboam from the 1989 vintage is a monumental wine, created as a tribute to the late Jacques Perrin. It is unique for its very high proportion of Mourvèdre, which provides incredible structure and a gamey, dark-fruited profile. The 1989 season was one of the warmest on record, resulting in a wine of immense scale and complexity. Expect notes of truffle, old leather and concentrated black fruits, all preserved by the large bottle format.
