Terlano Rarita Pinot Bianco 2004 is a notable white wine from the Alto Adige region of Italy, crafted exclusively from Pinot Blanc grapes. The wine exhibits a clear, pale straw hue, with aromas of green apple, pear, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it presents a structured acidity and a lingering minerality. Terlano, established in 1893, is renowned for its rigorous selection of grape varieties and commitment to quality, making it a respected name in Italian winemaking.

Established in 1893, Cantina Terlano has grown to become one of South Tyrol’s most respected wine cooperatives, now comprising 143 dedicated growers. Since the beginning, both the winery and its members have pursued an unwavering commitment to quality, a reputation that has earned Cantina Terlano widespread acclaim both in Italy and across international markets.

Despite its modest size, the estate has firmly secured its place among the world’s notable wine producers. Today, the winery produces a range of wines, with approximately 70% white and 30% red. A significant cellar expansion in 2009 increased storage capacity to 18,000 cubic metres, allowing wines to mature in optimal conditions. Architecturally, the building blends seamlessly with the landscape, featuring a red porphyry façade, echoing the unique soils of the region, and a vineyard-planted rooftop.

Wines are released under two main categories: the classic range and the premium Selections, along with a rare release aged for a decade or more—an exceptional expression of the estate’s dedication to longevity and refinement.
