Champagne Pommery`s prestige cuvée was first produced in 1979 as a tribute to Madame Pommery`s personality and vision. Under her leadership, Pommery launched the world’s first brut Champagne – the dry Champagne we know today. The 2004 vintage is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, sourced from 3 Grand Cru villages. Avize, Aÿ and Cramant Very complex in style, revealing notes of red apples, grapefruit, brioche, nougat and almonds, with zesty flavours emerging on the finish.
