Moulin-à-Vent Château des Jacques Jadot 2022 is a red wine from the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, crafted from Gamay grapes. This vintage showcases fruit sourced from a blend of the estate`s most renowned terroirs, including Rochegrès and Champ de Cour, each reflecting the region`s unique pink granite soils. The wine exhibits aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle floral hints and light earthy notes.

The 2022 Moulin-à-Vent has a sapid, marine-tinged bouquet, hints of shucked oyster shell infusing the dark berry fruit. Fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly furry tannins, spicier than the Morgon, with a little more edginess and pepperiness on the finish. Very fine. Neal Martin23rd April 2024
