Meursault Les Rougeots Coche Dury 2009 is a village-level Chardonnay from the Burgundy region. This wine exhibits the characteristic reductive notes typical of the domaine, coupled with aromas of flint, ripe yellow fruit and lemon curd. The palate presents a creamy texture alongside flavours of hazelnut and a backbone of sharp acidity, enhanced by mineral complexity. Renowned for its traditional methods and attention to detail, Coche-Dury owns a 0.7-hectare plot in the Les Rougeots lieu-dit, a site celebrated for producing wines of distinctive character.

Glossy and remarkably luscious, spicy and quite different from the others! Long with lots of density but life too. Very lively indeed! (JR)
