This special cuvée created by Gosset in 1993 is a perfect representation of the Maison’s style. A complex and structured champagne, aged for a minimum of 10 years in the cellar. Made from 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir, it is a restrained, mineral and vibrant champagne, with a dosage of just 3g/l. It displays notes of green apples, brioche, pink grapefruit and lemon zest. The finish is marked by pastry and butter biscuits.

Vinous
The 2007 Extra-Brut Vintage Celebris is a great example of the house style. Powerful and rich, the 2007 possesses tremendous vinous intensity, buffered by low dosage that gives the wine ts sense if classic austerity. Orchard fruit, apricot, tangerine oil and white flowers develop with a bit of coaxing. The Celebris is a big, broad-shouldered Champagne for the dinner table.

Gosset
The Gosset family has been established in Champagne well before 1484, when Jean Gosset was born. A century later, Pierre Gosset, alderman of Aÿ and winegrower, founded the House, which produced still wines, often red, from its own vineyards. For more than four centuries, Maison Gosset has been perpetuating the perfection and transmission of its know-how in the production of Champagne wines with an original character.
