Vinous
(from 50-year-old vines):Good dark red; not as lucid as the Chapelle. The nose shows a strong musky, meaty reduction, with aromas of dark raspberry, violet and mocha emerging with some aeration. Sweet, smooth, plush and fine-grained, offering impressive volume without any undue weight. Finishes suavely tannic, seamless and very long. Tremblay reiterated that she would wait until June or July to bottle her top 2014s. Superb potential here.Stephen Tanzer1st January 2016
