Vinous
Cool aromas of grapefruit, lime, peach and resiny oak. Tightly wound, juicy and very intense, with precise flavors that are at once delicate and penetrating: honeysuckle, white peach, minerals, verbena. A sappy wine with impressive energy. The 2003 is broad, drier and more alcoholic, while this is at once leaner and sweeter.Stephen Tanzer1st May 2004

Graves' Hidden Secret
An illustrious Grand Cru Classé de Graves estate situated in the appellation of Pessac-Léognan. Producing superbly balanced and long-lived reds and white wines, the estate has been in the hands of the Bernard family since 1983.
In addition to its highly renowned first wine, the domaine also produces a second wine from young vines, L’Esprit de Chevalier, and small amounts of a third wine, Pessac-Léognan de Domaine de Chevalier. Key varieties include the traditional Bordeaux grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc for reds and Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon for whites.
