Vinous
(from three parcels of vines, in Les Fremières, Aux Echanges and Les Maladières, ranging in age from 6 to 95 years): Good medium red. Fresh aroma of wild raspberry complicated by exotic notes of peach and lees. Juicy and fresh on the palate, and tighter than the village Morey; less opulent but more gripping. Still a bit youthfully clenched on the back end but I find the notes of vineyard peach and blood orange fascinating.Stephen Tanzer1st January 2015

Purity and Elegance

Domaine Cécile Tremblay, a rising star in Burgundy, is known for producing wines that beautifully capture the essence of the Côte de Nuits. Cécile Tremblay, the great-niece of Henri Jayer, has quickly made a name for herself with wines that are crafted with a focus on organic and biodynamic practices. The domaine’s vineyards, spread across some of the finest terroirs in Burgundy, are meticulously tended to ensure that the grapes express the true character of the land.

Tremblay’s wines are celebrated for their purity, finesse, and ability to age gracefully, making them highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs alike.
