Ceretto Barolo Brunate Bricco Rocche 2007 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard Nebbiolo red wine from the Barolo appellation of Piedmont, northern Italy. Based in Alba, Ceretto is one of the leading estates in Piedmont, both in terms of volume and quality. The Brunate cru straddles the border of La Morra and Barolo communes. Here Ceretto owns a prized parcel of Nebbiolo vines from which it produces its Bricco Rocche cuvée – one of the estate`s very finest. "The 2007 Barolo Brunate is a gorgeous, refined wine. An expressive, open bouquet melds into dark, sensual fruit. The Brunate possesses gorgeous delineation, wonderful inner perfume and polished tannins that frame the majestic finish. In this vintage the French oak is also exceptionally well-balanced. The freshness, vibrancy and overall sense of harmony elevate the Brunate into the top tier of 2007 Baroli. This beautiful, aristocratic Barolo is the finest young wine I have tasted from Ceretto in a long time." Vinous, 2011
