Founded in 1880 by the ambitious Joseph Drouhin, Maison Joseph Drouhin has spent more than 140 years shaping a vision of Burgundy defined by elegance, precision and an unwavering respect for its terroirs. Four generations have guided the house to where it stands today, with the fifth generation now emerging to carry this legacy forward.

The family’s remarkable mosaic of vineyards stretches across Burgundy, encompassing some of the region’s most celebrated Grand and Premier Crus, as well as the iconic Clos des Mouches. Since 1993, these vineyards have been farmed biodynamically, reflecting the Drouhin family’s deep commitment to preserving the character and individuality of each terroir. In the cellar, a traditional approach allows the wines to speak with clarity, using indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention.

We are delighted to welcome Christophe Thomas, Export Director, who will guide guests through a tasting offering a fascinating insight into the estate, its vineyards and the philosophy behind its wines.

Guests will taste through the following wines:

Maison Joseph Drouhin Rully Blanc 2022

Maison Joseph Drouhin Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir 2022

Maison Joseph Drouhin Meursault “En Luraule” 2023

Maison Joseph Drouhin Beaune 1er Cru “Clos des Mouches” Blanc 2023

Maison Joseph Drouhin Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 2021

Maison Joseph Drouhin Beaune 1er Cru Cras 2019

Maison Joseph Drouhin Beaune 1er Cru “Clos des Mouches” Rouge 2022

Tickets for this tasting include a £25 voucher, which can be redeemed on the evening against any of the Maison Joseph Drouhin wines featured in the tasting.
