Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Domaine Dujac Vosne-Romanée Les Beaux Monts 2009 is a 1er Cru Burgundy Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. The climat of Les Beaux Monts lies above Echézeaux Grand Cru, with a small section crossing the boundary into Echézeaux itself. Dujac is one of the most celebrated names in Burgundy. Domaine Dujac was founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, who learned his craft from such Burgundy winemaking luminaries as Aubert de Villaine at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Charles Rousseau of Domaine Armand Rousseau. Dujac Pinot Noirs are typically made with wholebunch fermentation, although current winemaker Jeremy Seysses prefers to include destemmed grapes if he feels there is any deficiency in ripeness. "Outstanding. A ripe yet still cool and elegant nose of classic Vosne-style spice notes adds breadth to the black fruit and stone aromas. The naturally sweet and succulent flavours brim with a fine minerality and plenty of mouth coating dry extract that conclude with a dusty, firm and impressively persistent finish. The 2009 Vosne-Romanee Les Beaux-Monts is radiant, supple and fleshy from the very first taste. Graphite, tar, minerals, spices and smoke are some of the many notes that take shape as this striking wine opens up in the glass. The Beaux Monts blossoms in every direction as it shows off its inimitable personality and class. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.

My tasting at Dujac was one of the highlights of the two weeks I spent in Burgundy in late November/early December 2011. I tasted through all the 2010s in barrel and 2009s in bottle. The domaine’s 2009s are among the wines of the vintage.

(this was bottled at the end of March due to a late malolactic fermentation): Good deep red-ruby. Wild aromas of raspberry, blood orange and iron, plus a whiff of fresh blood. High-pitched, very primary flavors of red fruits and spicy oak; comes across as a bit musclebound today, but shows terrific energy for the vintage. Finishes firmly tannic, minerally and very long. This wine spent less time in barrel after the secondary fermentation owing to the late malo.Stephen Tanzer1st March 2012

A Focus on Terroir

Founded in the late 1960s by Jacques Seysses, who purchased and renovated Domaine Graillet in Morey-St-Denis. The estate is currently run by Jacques' sons Jeremy and Alec, who farm around 17 hectares of vines across the Côte including holdings in Echezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes Mares.

A natural approach is taken in the vineyard and cellar with the estate moving from organic farming to fully biodynamic in the mid 2000s, receiving their certification in 2011. The team's focus is on elegance - temperatures are controlled to keep alcohol in check and also limit malolactic fermentation while juice from the crush is fed into the cellar by gravity only without the use of pumping. The wines of Domaine Dujac represent pure, balanced expressions of their respective terroirs.
