Ramey Pedregal Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 is a red wine from the Oakville AVA in Napa Valley, California. This single-vineyard bottling is made in a powerful, structured style. It displays a dense, concentrated profile of cassis, graphite and cedar, framed by firm, age-worthy tannins. David Ramey is lauded for combining Old World structure with New World fruit concentration.

Deep garnet colored, the 2007 Pedregal Proprietary Red is sporting a gregarious blackberry pie and blueberry compote-scented nose with touches of mocha, wood smoke, unsmoked cigars and Chinese five spice plus a touch of potpourri. Full-bodied, concentrated and aging at a glacial pace, the built-like-a-brick-house palate is only just starting to budge into tertiary characters, finishing with incredible length and depth. - Lisa Perrotti-Brown
