With nearly 40 hectares of vineyard and over 30 different appellations – including six grand crus – Domaine de la Vougeraie is considered by many one of Burgundy’s leading wine producers. The domaine was formed in 1999 by the influential Jean-Claude Boisset and it’s the consolidation various vineyard holdings which had accrued through the Boisset family acquisitions. This is the domaine’s Puligny-Montrachet 2019, which has been aged for 16 months in oak and 2 months in stainless-steel vats. This is a very floral and smooth expression, boasting white fruits, citrus and a mineral touch.
