Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Intense spice, majoring on smoked earth, pink pepper and black truffle notes, the fruit is softened, heading towards raspberry puree, crème de mure and fig. Plenty of freshness, with orange peel and graphite adding structure and texture. Soft rose petal colour around the edges shows the evolution overall, but there is still so much pleasure to be had here, and at least another decade of drinking. One of those vintages when you can really see the benefit that Bordeaux gets from being able to blend - far less Merlot was used in this wine than usual, because of the unusually high levels of ripeness and sugar that was found in the grape after the long hot summer (with temperatures reguarly breaking 40C during June, July and August). Good full deep red. Expressive aromas of roasted red raspberry, tobacco, chocolate and sandalwood; hints of dehydrated fruit. Sweet, fat and smoky, with good depth but only moderate complexity; shows an obvious warm-vintage character. Classic, Concentrated Margaux

Château Palmer is a 3ème Cru Classé property and is one of the most celebrated estates in the Margaux appellation in Bordeaux, renowned for producing rich and opulent wines with exceptional longevity. The 55 hectare estate is characterised by its mixture of fine and sandy gravels, together with clay soils. The key grape varieties are old vine Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, all farmed biodynamically, resulting in superbly elegant, velvety wines with a wonderful capacity to age and evolve in bottle.

In addition to the first wine, Château Palmer, the estate produces a second red from specific plots, Alter Ego de Palmer. Created to be as equally terroir-driven and expressive as the Grand Vin, the Alter Ego is supple, rounded and more approachable in youth.
