Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 is an exceptional vintage Champagne, representing the 76th vintage release from this renowned house. This blend comprises 44% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 24% Meunier, showcasing a complex interplay of varieties. The wine matured for six years in the cellars, emerges as an Extra Brut with a dosage of five grams per litre. The nose reveals aromas of baked bread, fresh brioche and almond, evolving into notes of white peach and watermelon. With its rich structure, the palate exhibits nuances of florals and herbs, concluding with a long, subtly bitter finish. Available here in magnum.

The 2015 Extra-Brut Grand Vintage is a terrific choice for drinking now, as it is so expressive. Baked apple tart, spice, lemon confit, marzipan and a hint of toastiness are front and center. Open-knit and engaging, the 2015 is a Champagne of pure and total pleasure.Antonio Galloni30th November 2022

A blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Meunier, the Moët & Chandon 2015 Extra Brut Grand Vintage was bottled with a dosage of five grams per liter after six years in the cellars. With notes of marzipan, pastry, lemon confit, pear and peach, the bouquet is charming and fresh. Nervy tension animates its fine, crystalline palate. After some time in the glass, it evolves toward smoke, struck flint and vanilla notes. An elegant Champagne, now at its peak, but which could be kept for another five years. - Yohan Castaing

The Pillar of Champagne Excellence

Moët & Chandon, founded by Claude Moët in 1743, quickly gained favor among European nobility during King Louis XV’s reign. Jean-Rémy Moët, Claude's grandson, expanded the brand internationally, with a notable friendship with Napoleon Bonaparte, who frequently visited the estate and inspired the creation of Moët Impérial.

In 1832, the company was renamed Moët et Chandon, incorporating Pierre-Gabriel Chandon de Briailles as a partner. The house launched its first vintage Champagne in 1842 and introduced the renowned Dom Pérignon label.

Now part of the LVMH group, Moët & Chandon has the largest vineyard in Champagne and extensive cellars for aging their wines. Cellar master Benoît Gouez upholds the brand’s signature style, blending grapes from various terroirs to create a harmonious product.
