Based in Meursault, Coche-Dury produces highly collectible white wines made from Chardonnay. The domaine was formed in 1973, following the marriage of Jean-François Coche and Odile Dury, although the Coche family has been making wine in Burgundy for many generations. The 2005 ‘Les Rougeots’ is still very youthful, displaying notes of white peaches, almond butter, lemon oil and a touch of green leaves, finishing on a mineral note.
