Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Coche-Dury Meursault 2012 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Meursault appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Domaine Coche-Dury is the highly regarded producer in Burgundy, known for their high-quality and collectible white wines. Their Meursault is known for its depth of flavours, with notes of citrus, stone fruit, honey, and minerals, as well as its luxurious mouthfeel and long finish. "Relatively prominent notes of match stick all but dominate the white and yellow orchard fruit aromas that are subtly laced with floral, citrus and hazelnut nuances. There is excellent volume and very good concentration to the vibrant and extract-rich medium weight flavours that possess fine depth on the balanced and highly persistent citrus-inflected finish that displays a deft application of wood as well as ample minerality. This is a terrific villages that is still very much on the way up and while at 6 years of age it could certainly be enjoyed now, for my taste I would allow it to continue to slumber for another 4 to 6 years first. (from Vireuils-Dessous; in the latter part of its malolactic fermentation): Sexy aromas of orange oil and brown spices. Bright and penetrating, with peach and soft citrus flavors firmed on the tactile back end by saline minerality. Really excellent texture and length for village wine. (Incidentally, don't hesitate to snap up Coche's 2012 Bourgogne Blanc if you can find it. This ripe, fruit-driven wine, from rocky soil around Coche's house, is as good as most Meursault village wines. The very rich, tactile, classic Meursault Narvaux, which is usually sent to the U.S., was just at the beginning of its malo, and the Rougeot hadn't even started at the end of May.)

Top Burgundy producer Domaine Coche-Dury was founded in 1973 by Jean-François Coche. Now under the stewardship of son, Raphaël, the Coches farm nearly 9 hectares of vineyards across six communes: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie and Volnay.

The Domaine is celebrated for its superb and highly acclaimed Chardonnay including Meursault Perrières, Meursault Les Chevalières, Corton Charlemagne and Puligny Montrachet Les Enseignères. With tiny yields and meticulous wine making, the Coche-Dury name is truly iconic on the Burgundy stage.
