Meursault Caillerets Coche-Dury 2012 offers a complex profile with minerality at its core. Aromas of citrus and stone fruit are accompanied by subtle hints of matchstick and flint. The mouthfeel is rich and enveloping, presenting layers of fresh pear and apple with a slight creaminess. Tannins are present but not overwhelming, contributing to a structured finish. Coche Dury has been practising minimal-intervention winemaking since the 1970s, emphasising terroir expression. This wine reflects the estate’s commitment to quality, promising significant development potential.
