The 2005 Mazis-Chambertin Armand Rousseau is a distinguished red Burgundy from a ripe vintage noted for its excellence. The 2005 growing season provided wines with intensive concentration and longevity. This Grand Cru bottling is characterised by its brooding dark and red fruit notes, alongside hints of earth, game and spice. The palate reveals a firm structure, with significant tannins and a silky texture, signalling its capacity for extended ageing. Domaine Armand Rousseau holds a 0.53-hectare plot within this Grand Cru.
