Malartic Lagraviere Blanc 2015 opens with a bright bouquet of citrus and stone fruit, showcasing lemon zest and ripe peach on the nose. The palate delivers a refreshing acidity, with flavors of green apple and subtle hints of minerality. There is a well-structured body that carries through the crispness, leading to a clean and lingering finish.
This white wine comes from the Pessac-Léognan appellation in Bordeaux and is a blend primarily of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The 2015 vintage experienced favorable weather conditions, contributing to the wine`s balanced profile. Aged in oak barrels, the wine reflects complexities and depth while maintaining a focus on fruit integrity.

The 2015 Malartic-Lagravière Blanc has turned out nicely. The warm vintage has amped up the flavors, and yet there is a good bit of freshness as well. Melon, lime peel and white flowers gain in resonance with time in the glass. There is a fair amount of up-front power and resonance, although some of that tapers off on the finish. I liked the 2015 a little more from barrel than from bottle. The blend is 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon.Antonio Galloni1st February 2018

The 2015 Malartic Lagraviere Blanc is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon that was picked from 8-15 September and matured in 65% new oak. It has a crisp, vibrant, quite minerally bouquet, cold limestone and subtle patisserie/almost whipped cream-like scents. The palate is very well defined with a crisp line of acidity, citrus lemon and lime fanning out with confidence on the finish that completes one of the best Malartic-Lagravière whites that I have encountered at this stage.Neal Martin28th April 2016
