Laurent Perrier Rosé Brut NV is one of the most widely-recognised and popular Rosé Champagnes. It is produced from 100% Pinot Noir with a controlled period of maceration to extract the gorgeous salmon-pink colour and the full aromatic richness of the variety. Indulge and try this alongside langoustine ravioli.

(100% saignée Pinot Noir): Vivid orange-pink. An expressive, spice-accented bouquet evokes fresh raspberry, orange pith, white flowers and ginger, with a hint of rhubarb adding an earthy flourish. Sappy and broad in the mouth, offering intense red fruit and bitter citrus flavors underscored by chalky mineral and white pepper notes. Rich yet lively rosé with excellent closing thrust and floral persistence.Josh Raynolds1st January 2015

Based on the 2019 vintage and disgorged in November 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per liter, the latest release of Laurent-Perrier’s NV Brut Cuvée Rosé is showing nicely, opening with aromas evocative of pomegranate, dark cherry, blood orange and bergamot, with a with hint of Sichuan pepper. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, vinous and expansive, with a youthful, frothy mousse and a richly concentrated core of fruit, underpinned by ripe yet vibrant acidity. The wine concludes with a long, perfumed finish. This is a versatile Champagne that pairs seamlessly with a range of dishes, from red meats to tuna. - Kristaps Karklins

Elegant Blanc and Rosé

The Laurent-Perrier portfolio is built around three distinct expressions of its unique savoir-faire. The first is the art of assemblage of reserve wines, exemplified by Grand Siècle - a prestige cuvée crafted from three exceptional years to recreate the perfect year. The second is the mastery of maceration, an innovative winemaking technique that led to the creation of Cuvée Rosé in 1968. Finally, the House pioneered the non-dosage (zero dosage) style with the launch of Ultra Brut in 1981, a visionary approach that continues today with Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.
