Henriot Cuvée Hemera 2006 is the fourth release of this cuvée, continuing the legacy left by the house`s Enchanteleurs. This vintage features a blend of 50% Grand Cru Pinot Noir predominantly from north-facing villages such as Mailly, Verzy and Verzenay, complemented by 50% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Chouilly, Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine exhibits a structured profile influenced by the cooler climate of its grape sources. Henriot, a family-owned Champagne house since 1808, has a longstanding commitment to quality and craftsmanship in their production.

The 2006 Cuvée Hemera, Henriot's top wine, is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards. Toasty and open-knit, with soft contours, the 2006 is an alluring Champagne that will drink well upon release. Baked apple tart, brioche, lemon confit, spice, vanillin and a classic touch of reduction add character throughout. All the elements come together so effortlessly.Antonio Galloni1st November 2020
