Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Dom Pérignon 2013 is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The nose evokes notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a hint of brioche, showcasing the wine`s elegance and freshness. The palate offers a harmonious balance between fruitiness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, lemon zest and a subtle minerality. The fine, persistent bubbles and creamy texture lead to a long, satisfying finish.

Disgorged in October 2022, the 2013 Dom Pérignon is a charming and elegant vintage for this cuvée. It reveals complex aromas of buttery pastry, spices, citrus oil, almonds, honey and, with aeration, a touch of smoke. The palate is medium to full-bodied, perfectly balanced, with a chiseled and tightly wound profile. The 2013 Dom Pérignon is pretty closed right now. Deep and layered, the 2013 shows quite a bit of density today. It's a typical wine for this vintage, a year marked by a warm summer but a late harvest because the growing season got off to a late start. The 2013 is finally starting to open a bit and show some textural breadth, but it remains on the reticent side. — Antonio Galloni, 14th May 2024

Tasted blind. Amidst a blind line-up of relatively big name champagnes (La Grande Dame 2015, Moët Grande Vintage 2015, Krug Grand Cuvée), this stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Lusty, guttural, uncompromising. Big, powerfully toasty nose! Here be fireworks. Tiny bubbles, like 3D lace running a matrix through the wine. Clementine, straw, yuzu, kumquat, sharp apples – so much fruit! And then long, hungry, lean savoury lines. Grilled sourdough toast, roasted walnuts. So much here. Very, very long and very, very persistent. This is outstanding. The bubbles are like tiny, glittering jewels stitched into silk. A seriously exciting, serious wine. The Past, Present and Future of Champagne

The first release of this now famous prestige cuvée was the 1921 vintage, launched in 1936. Dom Pérignon produces only vintage Champagnes, both blanc and rosé, and offer a number of late release bottlings under their Oenothèque and Plénitude labels. The wine is named after the legendary Benedictine monk, Father Pierre Pérignon, who in 1668 arrived at the Abbey of Hautvillers, north of Épernay and began experiments that would eventually lead to the creation and bottling of sparkling wine as we know it today.

The Maison produces elegantly balanced, harmonious and extraordinarily age-worthy Champagnes that are appreciated the world over. Young vintages offer a citrus-forward, brioche-like profile while mature bottlings present notes of toasted hazelnut, honey and orange oil. A true classic in the category and a wine that remains eternally popular with connoisseurs.
