Domaine Thierry Allemand Cornas 2003 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard red wine produced from Syrah grapes in the Cornas appellation of the northern Rhône Valley. Domaine Thierry Allemand is a prestigious winery in the Cornas appellation of the Northern Rhône. Thierry Allemand is known for his attention to detail and meticulous winemaking, resulting in some of the most sought-after wines from the region. From the hot 2003 vintage, this is Thierry`s village Cornas bottling. "High-pitched, very fresh red and dark berry notes, with complicating accents of liquorice, violet, rose and magnolia. Full and lush in the mouth, with almost jammy blackberry, cherry cola and cassis flavours. This has fruit to burn, finishing round, unctuous and softly tannic, with remarkable length. This was in a single, large steel tank awaiting bottling." International Wine Cellar, 2006
