Domaine du Clos des Fées is the Roussillon winemaking project of former Parisian sommelier, restaurateur and wine writer, Hervé Bizeul. What initially started as a hobby in the late 90s rapidly became an all-consuming obsession and Hervé now produces some of the most acclaimed wines in the region.

First made in 2001, La Petite Sibérie is the flagship cuvée and is produced from a 2-hectare parcel of ancient Grenache vines with maturation in 100% new oak. The 2004 is incredibly rich and unctuous, with heady notes of black cherries, plums, liquorice, leather and spices.
