Olivier Leflaive Chassagne-Montrachet Abbaye de Morgeot 2009 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Premier Cru climat of Abbaye de Morgeot in the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Founded in 1984, Olivier Leflaive is a négociant winemaker based in the village of Puligny-Montrachet. They vinify and age the equivalent of 120 hectares of vines – including 17 of their own – the majority of which are white wines. The 1er Cru Chassagne-Montrachet Abbaye de Morgeot is one of the flagship bottlings of Olivier Leflaive. Expect a seamless Chardonnay of elegance and finesse, with notes of white fruits, citrus and minerals.
