Chambolle-Musigny Vougeraie 2014 is a village-level red Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. Domaine de la Vougeraie uses biodynamic practices to ensure the individual nuance of the terroir is preserved. The limestone-heavy soils of the appellation impart a mineral character and an airy, elegant texture. The tannins are firm and refined, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish of raspberry, cherry, fine spice and crushed stone that reflects the purity of the 2014 fruit.

Vinous
- Palish, slightly dull red. Nose dominated by earth, smoke, cinnamon and pepper. Then pliant and smooth in the mouth, with an element of concentration that belies its modest depth of color. Raspberry and spice flavors show good texture and breadth. Finishes with a fine dusting of tannins, repeating notes of spices and earth, and good length and lift.
