Cambridge Distillery Watenshi Gin Batch 37 is a limited-edition, super-premium gin produced in Cambridge, UK. This unique, ultra-limited production gin is produced from the `angel`s share` of Cambridge Distillery`s Japanese gin – just 15ml of spirit, which would normally be lost through evaporation, are captured per distillation to create this special bottling. The distillery`s process for creating this elusive spirit harnesses flavour compounds that would otherwise have been lost to the ether. Watenshi Gin Batch 37 is presented in an elegant, hand-blown decanter bottle finished with silver. Each batch of Watenshi yields just six bottles – `Watenshi` being the name given to a mythical Japanese angel. Producer note. "Menthol notes of shiso partnered with yuzu citrus deliver lively acidity and energy, while a base of sansho and juniper provide a rich, long finish to savour. Truly, objectively, outstanding."
