Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil Grand Cru 1999 is a noteworthy expression of the Côte des Blancs, crafted exclusively from the 1999 vintage. This Blanc de Blancs is derived from grapes sourced entirely from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel, preserving the purity of the Chardonnay grapes. With a maturation extending beyond 20 years, it showcases the intricacies of its terroir.
