Vinous
The 2019 Bouscaut has an attractive nose with black olive and plenty of black fruit, though the oak needs a few more months to assimilate. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, taut and crisp, harmonious with an elegant finish. Bon vin. The dark horse of Pessac-Léognan this year? Tasted blind at the Southwold annual tasting.
