Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée de Pressonnier Joseph Roty 2022 is a Pinot Noir crafted from grapes sourced in Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits. The wine showcases the estate`s emphasis on concentrated fruit and structure. The 2022 vintage presents a profile rich in dark berry flavours, combined with earthy undertones. This wine offers a robust texture and lingering finish, indicative of the potential for further ageing.

The 2021 Bourgogne Côte d`Or Pressonier has a light but attractive bouquet of blackberry and raspberry fruit - quite cohesive - conveying a sense of presence perhaps above its station. The medium-bodied palate offers crunchy red fruit, quite tart in the mouth but clean and fresh with a vivid, sparkly finish. Not often I say drink this young, but do so to enjoy its exuberance. - Neil Martin

Dark rosé colour – fun to see this wine! But actually it`s a bit ordinary, alas. Not much fruit. (JR)
