Bourgogne Chardonnay Coche-Dury 2023 is a regional wine crafted from select parcels adjacent to the Meursault boundary. Winemaker Jean-François Coche-Dury employs traditional methods, fermenting and maturing the wine in used barrels to preserve the fruit expression while adding subtle complexity. The wine expresses a clear delineation of flavours, showcasing lemon zest, limestone minerality and a touch of savoury richness.

The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc is similar to the Aligoté, well defined with underlying crushed stone scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced, more tensile than the Aligoté with crisp acidity and a light touch of lemongrass and lime towards the finish. Very fine and a step up from the Aligoté this year.
