Coche-Dury Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the regional Bourgogne appellation. Founded in 1973, Domaine Coche-Dury is a well-known wine producer based in Meursault. Although the majority of the production at the estate is village-level Meursault, the wines are nothing short of iconic. This is the domaine’s 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay. "The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is showing especially well, offering up aromas of pear, citrus zest, hazelnut and nutmeg, followed by a medium to full-bodied, layered and impressively concentrated palate. Elegantly textural and fine boned, it`s a serious wine that punches above its weight." Wine Advocate, 2022

The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc has a generous bouquet with yellow plum and white peach aromas, quite full and rounded. The palate is well balanced with a creamy opening, white peach and with candied orange peel, lightly spiced with a slightly resinous, stem ginger-tinged finish. This is a perfect introduction to Coche-Dury. Neal Martin1st December 2021
