Founded in 1973, Domaine Coche-Dury is a well-known wine producer based in Meursault. Although the majority of the production at the estate is village-level Meursault, the wines are nothing short of iconic. This is the 2013 vintage of their Bourgogne Blanc, marked by high acidity, a nuanced flavour profile and mineral character.

The 2013 Bourgogne Blanc has a captivating bouquet that seems to expand in the glass, touches of chalk and flint just behind the citrus fruit. There is no modesty here. The palate is smooth and harmonious on the entry, hints of toffee apple and almond layered over a sweet finish. Very approachable now, this is a bottle to just sit back enjoy this over the next 3 to 4 years. Neal Martin29th January 2016
