Domaine Coche-Dury is a renowned wine estate in Burgundy, particularly famous for its exceptional white wines made from Chardonnay. Founded in the 1920s by Léon Coche, the estate has been led by Jean-François Coche since the 1970s. Although the Domaine is best known for its Chardonnay-based wines, it also produces an entry-level Bourgogne Aligoté. Aligoté is the second most planted white grape variety in Burgundy, often used for making easy-drinking, fresh, and crisp white wines. Domaine Coche-Dury`s Bourgogne Aligoté showcases the same attention to detail and quality as their more prestigious wines.
