Coche-Dury Bourgogne Aligoté 2002 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Burgundy region of France. Founded in 1973, Domaine Coche-Dury is a well-known wine producer based in Meursault. Although the majority of the production at the estate is village-level Meursault, the wines are nothing short of iconic. This is the domaine’s 2002 Bourgogne Aligoté, the only other white grape variety permitted in Burgundy. Typically bright and crisp, combining notes of pears, yellow apples, vanilla and citrus accents, this bottling is showing elegant sings of bottle maturation with honeyed fruit and broiche notes beginning to emerge, though the wine retains its essential freshness.
