Russian River Chardonnay 2024 is a regional bottling from Mark Aubert, showcasing the opulent and texturally driven style that has made his estate a California benchmark. This wine is sourced from various top-tier vineyards within the cool, fog-influenced Russian River Valley, resulting in a profile of ripe peach, lemon curd and toasted brioche. The 2024 vintage highlights the region`s ability to balance high-octane fruit with a surprising vein of acidity. Aubert`s signature use of indigenous yeasts and extensive barrel fermentation in French oak creates a luxurious, multi-layered palate with a long, buttery finish.

Sublime Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

Aubert was founded by Mark and Theresa Aubert in 2000, located on the famous Silverado trail in Calistoga. Before he and his partner opened Aubert, Mark had gained experience at the Peter Michael Winery and Colgin Cellars and also made wine at a 'custom crush' facility in California. Aubert have some proprietary vineyards, around three and half acres in Sonoma, which they bottle under the 'UV' label. The remainder of the fruit is sourced from selected vineyards across Sonoma and Napa.

In the world of wine, Aubert is really a byword for world-class single vineyard or single block Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The vineyards they source from represent a mix of terroirs and include some old vines as well as some recent plantings. What remains consistent through all these bottlings is the preservation of fruit character and an extreme obsession with quality.
