Sonoma County

Home to nearly 60,000 acres of vineyards, this extensive AVA borders the Pacific Ocean and the Mendocino, Lake, Napa and Marin counties. This overarching AVA is renowned for its red wines. These are predominantly Bordeaux style blends from the key varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Renowned producers are to be found on our shelves, including star-studded names the likes of Vérité, founded in 1997 by the late visionary Jess Jackson and long-time Bordeaux vigneron, Pierre Seillan.
