A multi-vintage champagne made in Aÿ by Henri Giraud, the oldest Champagne house in France that is still owned by the founding family. Fût de Chêne is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, using the `Petit Pinot` clone of Pinot Noir which has been grown solely in Aÿ since 1804. The wine is refined, displaying a creamy texture and effortless integration. Flavours of baked fruit pie, plums, bread dough, crystallized honey, ground clove, coconut flakes and ginger on the finish.
