The NV Extra Brut Première Cuvée is a terrific introduction to this range. Bright, sculpted and bristling with energy, this has much to offer. It`s a classic Bruno Paillard wine endowed with tons of understated finesse. Citrus, white flowers, slate and crushed rocks linger. The addition of 32% reserve wines and lots vinified and aged in oak (20%) adds layers of nuance. Dosage is 5.5 grams per liter. Disgorged. September, 2022. - Antonio Galloni
Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in 1981. Première Cuvée combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with 20% fermented in barrel and the addition of up to 50% reserve wines. With three years maturation on lees and extra low dosage, this is a complex but immensely elegant Champagne.
