Rooted in the rich traditions of Jalisco, Casa Dragones brings a refined, modern approach to tequila-making, creating small-batch spirits designed to be savoured slowly. Founded in 2009, the house works with carefully selected blue agave, allowing its character to shine through in tequilas that honour their origins while offering a fresh perspective on the spirit.

From its home in San Miguel de Allende, Casa Dragones celebrates the beauty of Mexican culture, where history, design and a contemporary spirit come together.

Guests will be guided by Sandra Fernandez, Educator at Casa Dragones, through this interactive masterclass, matching the spirit and food with paired canapes from our Michelin-starred restaurant, offering a 360 view of this spirit with key insights.

Each ticket will include a £25 voucher, redeemable on the night against any Casa Dragones available and sampled during the event.
